About the Owner
My name is Dr. Moses Ikejiofor, DPN-PMH. My professional growth and development journey began 27 years ago after earning a baccalaureate degree in Accountancy with honors overseas. Immigrating into the USA 24 years ago provided me a vantage point, a roadmap to hone my aspiration to pursue a vision for the highest quality of health care in our society. As a springboard to this stride, I provided direct care to elderly patients, which provided me a better understanding of the road ahead. In 2004, I earned a second baccalaureate degree in nursing from the University of Maryland. I worked as a registered nurse for 13 years in various roles and capacities in long-term care and psychiatric and mental health settings before completing a master’s degree in psychiatric and mental health in 2019 and a Doctor of Nursing practice in 2021 at Walden University. My guiding philosophy is that quality of life and quality of care are prime and inalienable rights of all individuals. As a Doctor of Nurse Practitioner, psychiatric and mental health, I assist patients in meeting their psychiatric and mental health needs, promoting their empowerment, self-worth, and social integration with their families and communities with the hope of fostering social change.
PrimeHealth Behavioral Healthcare Services LLC is the brainchild and culmination of my age-long philosophy that I hold core to my marrow that good Health is a prime and inalienable right of our humanity. PrimeHealth Behavioral Healthcare Services LLC was nurtured on March 10, 2020, and was formalized on September 28, 2020.
